01 / How it works

Your next step.
Made clearer.

You don’t need a perfect file or all the answers to begin. Get a plan, prepare with purpose, and move through the process with a coach in your corner.

A fixed service fee. No success fee. No percentage of your back pay.

01Enrollment & records

Start where you are.

Enroll for $1,250 paid in full, with payment plans available. Then follow your intake instructions to submit your documents. A mountain of records or just a few pages? We’ll help you understand what you have and what to gather next.

02Strategy delivery

Turn uncertainty into a plan.

Meet with your coach for your strategy call. Understand the process, talk through your starting point, and leave with clear preparation steps for your first claim or next filing.

03Development

Build your preparation at your pace.

Development typically takes 3–8 weeks, depending on how much you choose to do, the evidence already available, and whether you pursue additional medical documentation. Independent provider appointments and records requests can affect timing.

04Filing

Know your filing options.

We’ll walk you through filing procedures, document-completion requirements, and the available routes. You can file yourself or seek an accredited representative. You control your evidence and submissions; we do not file for you.

05C&P preparation

Go into your exam prepared.

If the VA schedules Compensation & Pension exams, we’ll help you understand what to expect and prepare to describe your symptoms and their everyday impact clearly, completely, and accurately.

06Review & next steps

Decide what comes next.

When the VA responds, understand the procedural options ahead. Ready to stop, or still pursuing supported conditions? We’ll continue educational support for your next steps within your 365-day service term. Required guarantee reviews may extend beyond regular services under the Terms.

02 / Money-Back Guarantee

A clearer commitment.
A conditional guarantee.

Eligible paid-in-full clients can keep a Money-Back Guarantee while completing the required process. Understand how it works before you enroll.

Your starting point at signing

  • Separated from active duty.
  • Documented Honorable discharges for every completed service period.
  • No VA rating yet, or a combined rating below 80%.
  • Not receiving TDIU.
  • The full $1,250 paid at signing. Payment plans do not qualify, even after payoff.

Maintaining eligibility requires at least five distinct qualifying conditions and the policy’s medical evidence, participation, filing, and review requirements. The process generally includes three qualifying attempts, required reviews, and an accredited attorney assessment; a supported Board appeal may be required. Documented exceptions apply.

Any qualifying new service connection (including 0%), rating increase, or new/increased SMC award can fulfill the guarantee—even on an unrelated or previously pending claim. A denial alone does not create refund eligibility. The signed Agreement and Terms govern refunds, exclusions, and any policy-change reductions.

$1,250 paid in full at signing, or 3 monthly payments of $585 ($1,755 total), or 6 monthly payments of $335 ($2,010 total). This is a fixed educational and support fee, with no success fee or percentage of benefits. Independent medical services and attorney services cost extra unless expressly included in your signed Agreement. Payment plans do not include the Money-Back Guarantee.

No. Start with what you have and follow your intake instructions. We’ll help you understand the records to gather next. Use your designated intake channel for sensitive documents; please do not send medical records or a Social Security number through a public contact form.

Typically 3–8 weeks, depending on your existing evidence, the preparation you choose, and whether you obtain additional medical documentation. This is a preparation estimate, not a VA decision timeline. VA processing, records retrieval, and independent provider scheduling vary.

No. Electing the optional documentation-purchase credit in a separate signed agreement waives the entire active guarantee for that engagement. The credit is capped at $1,250 and eligible payments actually collected, allocated up to $300 on each of the first four eligible documents and $50 on a fifth. Read the documentation credit terms before choosing.

No. Only the VA decides service connection, ratings, benefits, and processing times. The conditional Money-Back Guarantee concerns your service fee; it does not promise a VA result. A new connection rated at 0% can fulfill the guarantee without increasing your monthly payment. Review the requirements.

We provide education, preparation, and procedural guidance. You make your submissions and retain control of your evidence, or use an appropriately accredited representative. Honor Claims is not VA-accredited and does not submit claims or communicate with the VA on your behalf. Free claims help is available through accredited VSOs.

You can start from your current stage. Your coach can explain preparation and procedural options, including next steps after a decision. Regular support lasts 365 calendar days from signing; included services and appointments follow your Agreement. An otherwise active guarantee may continue beyond that term while required proceedings finish, subject to its requirements.

No. Independent providers and additional medical evidence are your choice. If you elect our documentation credit, it applies to eligible preferred-network services under separate provider terms. Providers make their own clinical findings; purchasing an evaluation or document does not guarantee a favorable opinion or VA outcome.
